Ministerial Order no 003/MoE/25 of 19/08/2025 relating to environmental and social impact assessment.

This Ministerial Order, made under provisions of article 30 of Law n° 48/2018 of 13/08/2018 on environment, establishes: the list of works, activities and projects subject to environmental and social impact assessment before they obtain authorisation for their implementation; modalities to conduct an environmental and social impact assessment. The Order concerns: list of works, activities and projects subject to environmental and social impact assessment; restrictions on works, activities and projects included on the list; minimum requirements to conduct an environmental and social impact assessment; modalities for application for authorisation to conduct the environmental and social impact assessment; duties of the selected practitioner.
