Abstract
This Order determines the procedure of preparing the national report on climate change and the responsibilities of organs involved in the report preparation. The Ministerial Order on the National Report on Climate Change outlines the structure and process for preparing the report. Chapter I covers general provisions, including the purpose and key definitions. Chapter II details the contents, including national circumstances, greenhouse gas inventories, data collection, emission estimates, mitigation and adaptation programs, climate change trends, and future projections. It also addresses vulnerability assessments and adaptation options for key sectors. Chapter III specifies the responsibilities of the involved bodies, including the authority managing the report and the entities providing data. It sets the frequency of report preparation and its publication. The text consists of 27 Articles divided into IV Chapters.
