Abstract
The purpose of these Regulations is to provide a legal framework for the effective and efficient regulation of pharmaceutical products and provide a transparent and non-discriminatory process for authorization to operate online pharmacy.
The Regulations cover the licensing requirements to operate as an online pharmacy, including provisions on the authorized technical persons for supervising online pharmacy, the documentation and related controls, the physical location of an online pharmacy, the transport and delivery, the medicines which are authorized for online pharmacy, the pharmacovigilance activities and safety monitoring.
The text also regulates the refusal to grant an authorization and the validity of an authorization, its renewal and variation.
