Council of Ministers Resolution No.652 of 2022.

This Resolution comprising 13 articles aims to (i) suspend the provisions of Clause 1 of Resolution No. 32 of 2019 regarding the approval of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation allocation form; (ii) transfer of ownership of all water production, transportation, and storage assets owned by the Saline Water Convertion Corporation (SWCC) to the Water Solutions Company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund. Article 3 establishes the formation of Steering Committee to undertake the supervision and implementation operations.
