Abstract
The provisions of this Decree define "Territorial Waters" (art. 4) and "Inland Waters" (art. 3) and prescribe rules for the measurement of the Territoral Sea (arts. 5-8). For purposes of maritime surveillance Saudi Arabia claims a Contiguous Zone of 6 miles adjacent to the territorial sea. (12 articles)
