Abstract
The Regulation establish that respectively each of the following Centers, The National Center for Environmental Compliance, the National Center for Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification, or the National Center for Wildlife Development, shall undertake, within its jurisdiction, the following tasks related to financial dues: (1) Setting the environmental impact coefficient for all the categories or types of activities. (2) Defining the financial dues’ collection mechanism. (3) Issuing the financial dues charter for environmental permits, licenses, and services in accordance with the provisions of this Executive Regulation. (4) Collecting the financial dues and depositing the amounts in the fund. (5) Implementing the provisions of the Executive Regulation. Respectively Art 3 and 4 establish regulations for financial dues for environmental permits, licenses, and services and for Environmental Permit for operation. Financial Dues is defined as the amount of money collected by the competent center from a person for the purpose of issuing or renewing licenses or permits or for providing environmental services.
