Abstract
This Regulation is composed of 3 Parts: Artisanal Fishermen's Boats (I); Modern Fishing Boats (II); Licences and Permits (III). Provisions of Part I and II specify technical requirements for traditional and modern boats. Provisions of Part III apply to fishing licences granted to Saudi nationals and permits for the employment of foreign workers on Saudi vessels.
