Abstract
This Order consisting of 7 articles is emanated after reviewing of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption National Strategy and aims at establishing the National Anti-Corruption Commission reporting directly to the King. The Commission shall have the following main powers (i) audit all government agencies, without exception; (ii) pursue the implementation of orders and directives pertaining to public matters; (iii) pursue the administrative and financial corruption; and (iv) coordinate with ministries, government authorities, and agencies on public affairs and interests of citizens.
