Declaration of Approved Management Programme (L. N. No. 79).

This Declaration authorizes the Bulacan International (SI) Company Limited to be an Approved Management Programme to harvest and export Tubi Xanthostermon for commercial purposes. This Approved Management Programme shall be valid for a period of 12 months with effect on and from the date this instrument is published in the Gazette. The Conservation unit will monitor and assess the operation of the Programme, and reports must be done on a quarterly basis and submitted to the Director.
