Diseases of Animals (Control of the Movement of Cattle) Rules (L.N. 92/1964).

These Rules concern the issue of permits authorizing the movement of cattle for the purposes of these Rules. Every person to whom a permit is granted under these Rules shall comply with all the terms and conditions thereof and the permit shall not apply to the importation of cattle into Solomon Islands. No person shall move, or cause or permit any cattle to move or be moved: (a) from within any area specified in the First Schedule; or (b) into any area specified in the Second Schedule, except under and in accordance with a written permit issued by the Under Secretary.
