Abstract
These Regulations amend the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Prescribed Forms) Regulations in the Schedule by repealing and replacing Form 1 for an application for approval for negotiation to acquire timber rights pursuant to section 7 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act.
