Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Prescribed Forms) Regulations.

These Regulations, made under section 44 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, prescribe, for purposes of the Act, forms for: applications to the Commissioner of Forest Resources by any person wishing to acquire timber rights on customary land (pursuant to section 7 of the Act); certificate issued by an area council Under section 9 of the Act); certificate given by an appropriate Government in accordance with section 12 of the Act that it has approved an agreement for the granting of timber rights; and an agreement for the sale of timber rights in customary land (as prescribed by section 12 of the Act).
