Abstract
These Regulations amend the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Protected Species) Regulations by allowing for the felling, harvesting, removal or exportation of the tree species Xanthostemon if authorised by a licence granted under the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act.
