Abstract
These Regulations amend the Mines and Minerals Regulations by adding a new Part (IIA) on tender procedures for prospecting licences and in, among other things, 39 on the requirement of a baseline environment study of prospecting to be included in a report required under section 27(4) of the Mines and Minerals.
