Abstract
This Notice of the Minister, made under section 3 of the Agriculture and Livestock Act, declares plant listed to be a noxious weed. No person shall plant, propagate or transport any noxious weed and presence of noxious weed on land shall constitute an offence under Act by the occupier of the land.
