Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the general and specific duties of employers and others and penalties for the breach of duty, and the powers of Commissioner of Labour. The Minister may make regulations for protecting persons against risks to health or safety arising out of certain articles and substances that are a potential source of danger, such as terms and conditions for the importation, sales or supply of any pesticide.
