Shipping (Marine Navigation Aids) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations lay down rules as regards the powers of the Minister and authorized officers; payment of marine navigation dues; regulatory controls over marine navigation aids; standards for the construction, maintenance and operation of marine navigation aids; fees; and offences for the breach of these Regulations. The Minister has the power to make written declarations and boundaries of additional ports for the purposes of these Regulations, and to determine the limits of any port.
