Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 24( I) of the Solomon Islands Water Authority Act, upon the recommendation of the Authority, and as read with section 26 of the State Owned Enterprises Act 2007, provide a method for the calculation of adjustments to the Base Tariff for each customer category.
