Abstract
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014, the President designates the Seychelles Agricultural Agency established under section 3 of the Seychelles Agricultural Agency Act, 2009 as the agency responsible for biosecurity for the purposes of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014.
