Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Natural Resources under section 137 read with section 59(1) and (2) of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014, prescribe places as: (a) biosecurity points of entry at which the regulated articles may enter into Seychelles; and (b) biosecurity points of departure from which regulated articles may leave Seychelles.
