Animal and Plant Biosecurity (Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2014 (No. 82 of 2014).

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Natural Resources under section 137 of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014 and on the advice of the Seychelles Agricultural Agency and the National Biosecurity Committee, prescribe, in the Schedule, fees biosecurity services provided by the Agency in relation with importation and exportation of goods, quarantine and registration of premises.
