Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the exportation of eggs of seabirds or products of eggs of seabirds except in accordance with a quota allocated by the Minister pursuant to section 6 of the Birds’ Eggs Act. The person holding a quota may not export birds’ eggs and birds’ eggs products in excess of the quota assigned. The Regulations allow for exportation during the whole year.
