Abstract
These Regulations regulate the collection of eggs of specified seabirds. No person shall gather eggs during the close season or on an island not listed in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations. The Schedule also specifies the number of eggs that may be taken during any year and the period of close season for each year. The Regulations further define responsibility of owners of places where birds’ eggs are found and powers of authorized officers.
