Abstract
This Act introduces measures to prevent pollution of the environment by derelict vehicles. The Commissioner of Police may require removal of vehicles and the Act sets out procedures for removal. Land may be reserved for the storage of derelict vehicles under the Town and Country Planning Act. The Minister shall be granted powers to regulate the procedures of removal of vehicles and other specified matters.
