Abstract
These Regulations provide further for removal notices to be served on owners under sections 3 or 5 of the Derelict Motor Vehicles (Disposal) Act. They also provide for the establishment of a vehicle pound and prescribe who may remove vehicles from a pound. The Commissioner of Police shall keep a register of all removal notices and a register of all vehicles placed in a vehicle pound.
