Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environment Protection (Ozone) Regulations, 2010 (principal Regulations). In Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations, the definition of HFC is added. Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 8 of the principal Regulations is amended. Regulations 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the principal Regulations are amended. Further, schedules 1 and 2 are repealed and substituted for new schedules.
