Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the manufacture, international trade in, marketing and use of prescribed products and prescibed substances listed in the Schedule to these Regulations and the manufacture of controlled substance or product, and place restrictions on importation, exportation, sale, purchase or use of controlled substances and controlled products. A person shall not import, export or sell a controlled substance or a controlled product unless that person is registered by the Ozone Unit and holds a permit issued under these Regulations. A person shall not purchase or use a controlled substance without a permit. A person shall not decommission a controlled substance or product or a prescribed substance or product, except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence issued under the Licences Act. A person who imports, exports, sells, purchases, or uses a controlled substance or product shall make arrangements for the recovery of controlled substances from specified goods.
