Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Health under section 38 of the Food Act, requires an importer wishing to import a food item listed in column 1 of the table under Schedule 1 shall furnish a certificate as specified in column 2 of the table attached to these Regulations. The items concerned are milk or milk products.
