Maritime Zones (Baselines) Order, 2008.

This Order prescribes the archipelagic baselines terms of section 3(1) (b) of the Seychelles Maritime Zones Act, 1999. For the purposes of section 3(3) (b) of the Act, archipelagic are identified with the geographical co-ordinates of the points of those archipelagic baselines as described in Schedule 1. The normal baselines are identified with the geographical coordinates of the points of those normal baselines as described in Schedule 2.
