Maritime Zones (Continental Shelf) Order, 2012 (SI. No. 36 of 2012).

This Order establishes that the provisions of the Treaty concerning the Joint Exercise of Sovereign Rights over the Continental Shelf in the Mascarene Plateau Region and the Treaty concerning the Joint Management of the Continental Shelf in the Mascarene Plateau Region between the Government of the Republic of Mauritius and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles of 2012 shall apply to the Extended Continental Shelf as set out in the Maritime Zones (Extended Continental Shelf) Order, 2012.
