National Disaster Relief Fund (Amendment) Notice, 2013 (S.I. 47 of 2013).

This Notice amends the National Disaster Relief Fund Notice, 2013 by extending emergencies with "epidemics" and the causes of an emergency with "other natural causes and contamination by hazardous substances". It also broadens the object of the Fund to include the following: "(c) to provide funds for rehabilitation of communities and the reconstruction of public infrastructure related to any emergencies under subparagraph (b); (d) provide funds for review of disaster risk assessment on prevention and mitigation.
