Abstract
This Act amends the Public Utilities Corporation Act (principal Act). Section 4 of the principal Act, relating to the Board of the Public Utilities Corporation, is repealed and substituted to make Part XI of the Public Enterprise Act, 2023 applicable for its governance. Section 8 of the principal Act is repealed.
