Abstract
This Act establishes the Public Utilities Corporation. The functions of the Corporation shall be: (a) the supply of electricity; (b) the supply of water; (c) the provision of sewerage; (d) such other functions as may be conferred on the Corporation by any other Act or by any Regulations made under this Act. The Act grants regulation-making powers to the Minister. The Regulations may provide, among other things, for the powers and duties of the Corporation in relation to the supply of water and provision of sewerage.
