Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority (Appeals Rules of Procedure) Regulation 2022 (S.I. 95 of 2022).

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(h) of the Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority Act, 2019. Section 3 allows for appeal by a person aggrieved by the decision of the Authority to the Appeals Board. The procedure for lodging appeals is laid down. Provisions are made in respect of commencement of proceedings, hearings before the Appeals Board, evidence, submissions and decisions of the Appeals Board.
