Abstract
This Act establishes the Seychelles Ports Authority, as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers.
The Authority shall be responsible for, among other things: regulate, control and administer all matters relating to the safety and security of the port and its facilities; act in collaboration with other public authorities and entities for the prevention of marine source pollution, protection of marine environment and to respond to marine environment incidents.
