Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the hunting for or possession of any turtle in the areas specified in the Schedule to these Regulations. Catching of turtles on the outer islands may only take place with consent of the owner of the island. The Regulations also prohibit the purchase, sale or export of any preserved or stuffed Hawksbill turtle or any part thereof without an authorization of the Minister.
