Abstract
These Regulations concern security that customers shall deposit with the Public Utilities Corporation in relation with a connection for the a supply of treated or untreated water. A deposit paid under these Regulations shall be maintained free of interest throughout the period of supply and may be applied by the corporation towards payment of any fees, charges or arrears incurred in respect of the connection to which it relates only if that connection is or about to be disconnected.
