Abstract
These Regulations set out, in the Schedule, water and sewerage charges, connection charges and other water supply charges and provide rules for the calculation and payment of such charges. They also provide for the payment of water rent by a holder of any prise d'eau and the recovery of debts arising from unpaid charges or rent by the board of the Public Utilities Corporation.
