Implementing Regulation of 1996 on the trade, circulation and commercial use of pesticides and products to fight insects.

This Implementing Regulation is composed of 3 Chapters divided into 9 articles. Chapter I contains preliminary provisions in particular: name of the Implementing Regulation and the date of entry into force; abrogation of the Implementing Regulation of 1984; and terms and definitions. Chap. II deals with the trade especially with: authorization of trade of pesticides and products to fight insects; data, information and requirements necessary for licensing; description and requirements for storage and exhibition places; regulating the commerce of pesticides and products to fight insects. Circulation and commercial uses of pesticides and products to fight insects provided for in Chap. III including the instruction and guides for the use of pesticides.
