Abstract
The present Act authorizes the Govermnent to issue regulations on deadlines for municipalities's handling of matters concerning permits, notifications, or exemptions on: 1) Construction, upgrading or operation of plants for the production of renewable energy; and 2) Equipment for connecting such plants into the electric grid. The Government may also issue regulations on the municipalities' involvement to establish a contact point to guide applicants in these matters.
