Decree (2018:2088) on deadlines and contact points for certain matters concerning the supply of renewable energy.

The present Decree sets rules on deadlines for the handling of matters concerning permits, notifications, or exemptions on: 1) Construction, upgrading or operation of plants for the production of renewable energy; and 2) Equipment for connecting such plants into the electric grid. The specific administrative procedures covered are contained in paragraph 5. The Swedish Energy Agency shall establish and be responsible for a digital contact point for guidance and information on matters concerning permits, exemptions and notifications in accordance with section 17 of the Ordinance on environmentally hazardous activities and the protection of public health (1998:899), as well as on the matters covered by this Decree.
