Act relative to the registration of vessels used for commercial navigation.

This Act provides for the registration of Swedish vessels in the Ships Register, including fishing vessels of at least 5 meters total length. Section 4 and following set out the conditions for registration. Section 7 regulates the deregistration of registered ships. Section 10 and following provide for procedural matters.
