Ships Registration Decree No. 927.

This Decree provides for the registration of Swedish vessels in the Ships Register, the Ships Construction Register or the Boat Register, including fishing vessels.
It is divided into 7 Chapters: Introductory provisions (I); Ships Register (II): Ship Construction Register (III): Boat Register (IV); Common provisions (V): Nationality treatment (VI): Miscellaneous provisions (VII).
Article 7 prescribes that fishing vessels shall be registered in the registration district to which their homeport belongs. Various provisions specifically apply to fishing vessels. Miscellaneous provision deal with radio stations (arts. 1-3), logbooks (arts. 7 to 9), etc.
