Abstract
This Decree appoints the Swedish Chemicals Agency as the market surveillance authority to conduct market surveillance in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 of 20 June 2019 on market surveillance and compliance of products, to ensure that products comply with the requirements of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of 5 June 2019 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilizer products.
