Abstract
This Decree regulates the administration of Counties by County Councils and defines the tasks of such public bodies.
A Councils shall have jurisdiction within its county over various matters of public interest, including agriculture, fisheries, wildlife protection, protection of the environment, food control, livestock, reindeer breeding, etc.
