Abstract
This Decree partly amends Decree 1716 with regard to the application for payment under article 29 (sustainable development of fisheries areas) which should be submitted to the FOG group's activity location. The FOG group shall, upon receipt of this application, notify the munimicpality. In particular Chapter 4, articles 14, 23-24 and 28.
