Abstract
The Decree partly amends Decree 1716 with regard to the national municipal administrative boards' decision which may be appealed through the Swedish Swedish Board of Agriculture. In particular Chapter 6, article 6 (insertion) and Chapter 6, article 5a (insertion immediatelly before).
