Abstract
This Document partly amends Decree No. 1716 with regard to fishing aquaculture in waters of the Swedish territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone of Sweden. In particular Chapter 2a, article 8 and Annex 3; and paragraph 2a, article 4a with regard to prohibition of fishing in 2013 with hook or other strain fishing gear. Updated Annex 3 to the document is included in the text:
