Regulation (2014: 1006) on timber measurement.

This Regulation designates, for purposes of the Law on Timber Measurement, the Swedish Forest Agency as the competent authority. The Agency shall have regulatory and enforcement powers as prescribed by this Regulation. Timber measurement rules shall apply to large-scale transactions. The Agency may define small-scale processing and small-scale energy production for purposes of the Law. The Agency may issue rule regarding method of measurement and recording obligations and regarding the duty of operators to provide information to the Agency.
