Regulation (2016: 98) on pleasure boats and water scooters.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Law (2016: 96) on pleasure boats and water scooters by laying down rules for the placing on the market of watercrafts covered by the Law and by designating the Swedish Transport Agency as the competent authority for purposes and control. The Agency may issue Regulations on the procedure for assessing the conformity of products with the basic safety and environmental requirements and on the content of the technical documentation that may form the basis for the assessment of conformity. It may also issue Regulations concerning the basic safety and environmental requirements that shall be met by products covered by Law when they are supplied to the market or put into service.
